We collect this data to properly administrate your school’s participation in the All-Illinois Junior Band auditions and festival, including:
• Communication through our email newsletter
• Invoicing audition fees and festival fees
• Mailing music to participating directors for their students
• Emailing audition results and festival information to participating directors

The All-Illinois Junior and is committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential and has done all in its power to prevent data theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard all the information we collect online.

Account Deletion
If at any point you wish to delete you director account, please contact us. The account, and data associated with the account, will be deleted. Unsubscribing from our director newsletter may easily be done through the “unsubscribe” link included with every email.
Third Party Distribution
Your contact information may be shared with Bradley Leeb Photography (for the purposes of festival photo information for you and your students) and the University of Illinois School of Music (for the purposes of ISYM information for you and your students). We will not will not lease, sell or distribute your personal information to any other third parties without your permission unless compelled to do so by law.
